1 · Purpose

These terms govern your use of the Numelo application (the "App"), published by Hatem Maati. By installing or using the App you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the App.

2 · Your account

• An account can be created anonymously, or through Apple or Google.
• You freely choose a nickname. It must stay decent: we may rename or close an account whose nickname is insulting, hateful, sexual, or impersonates someone else.
• You are responsible for the use made of your account and for keeping your recovery codes safe.
• You may delete your account at any time: playnumelo.com/delete-account.html.

3 · Numelo Premium — a one-time purchase

• Premium is a single, permanent purchase (com.wadel.numelo.premium). It is not a subscription: there is no recurring charge, no auto-renewal and nothing to cancel.
• The price shown in the App at the time of purchase is the one that applies, in your currency, taxes included.
• Payment is taken by Apple or Google depending on the store used. We neither receive nor store any payment details.
• Restoring: reinstall the App, sign in to the same store account and use "Restore purchases". It is free and unlimited.
• Refunds are handled by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or by Google Play, depending on where the purchase was made — we have no control over them. If you live in the European Union, your statutory withdrawal right applies on the terms set by those stores.
• Logs and Numis are in-game units. They have no monetary value, cannot be bought with real money, cannot be traded between players, and are not refundable.

4 · Fair play

When using the App, you agree not to:

• cheat, automate games, or exploit a flaw to distort a ranking or a duel;
• harass, threaten or pester another player, including through invitations, challenges and messages;
• attempt to access another account's data, or to disrupt the service;
• decompile, modify or redistribute the App, beyond what the law expressly permits.

A breach may lead to a score reset, a suspension, or closure of the account. Where an account is closed for a breach, purchases are not refunded.

5 · The children's area

The Numelo Kids area contains no advertising and no purchases. It is intended to be used under the responsibility of a parent or guardian, who keeps control of the account and may exercise at any time the rights described in the Privacy Policy.

6 · Availability

The App relies on online services (live duels, leaderboards, back-up). It may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control; offline features remain usable. Features may change, be added or be removed; features that have been paid for are not removed without compensation.

7 · Intellectual property

The App, its code, characters, artwork, text and sounds are protected and remain the property of their author. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right of use. You are free to share images produced by the App (match report, souvenir photo) for personal purposes.

8 · Liability

The App is a game and is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, the publisher cannot be held liable for indirect damage arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory consumer rights, including the statutory guarantee of conformity.

9 · Changes to these terms

These terms may change. Any new version is published on this page with its effective date; a substantial change will be announced inside the App.

10 · Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, you keep the benefit of the mandatory provisions of the country where you live, and the right to bring proceedings before the court of your place of residence.
